Permanent roles available working 37.5 or 15 hours per week. Shift patterns vary and include alternate weekends and sleep-in shifts.

About the Role
Join Sense at Castleton Road, a well-established home supporting six adults with sensory impairments and learning disabilities. Rated Good by CQC, the service promotes independent living through engaging daily activities and holidays. Duties are varied and no two days are the same. You will support individuals with personal care needs and help them participate in a wide range of activities that promote health and wellbeing. The team specialises in supporting people with learning difficulties and multi-sensory impairments to maximise their potential. Activities include rock climbing, swimming, horse riding, cycling and trampolining.

This role may include regular sleep-in shifts, which involve sleeping over at the residence with the possibility of providing care during the night.
Experience
Experience using non-verbal and assistive communication methods is desirable but not essential.
