About the Role
London Business School (LBS) is seeking an experienced Manager, Visa Compliance to play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compliant visa services across the School. This role is part of the Visa Centre of Excellence (CoE) and is central to protecting the School's sponsor licences while enabling international students, staff, and faculty to study and work in the UK. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Visa Compliance & Financial Aid, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of visa compliance activities across the School within the governance framework of the Visa Centre of Excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering operational visa compliance activity across Student and Staff Skilled Worker routes, ensuring visa processes, records, and reporting meet UKVI requirements and internal policy, supporting right to work and right to study compliance, ongoing monitoring of visa conditions, contributing to statutory reporting and sponsor licence audit readiness, and reviewing and improving visa compliance systems and processes. You will provide clear, accurate advice on visa compliance requirements to stakeholders and work closely with colleagues across Degree Education, Faculty HR, the People Team, and Executive Education to support consistent, defensible, and proportionate visa practices across the School.

Experience
- Strong working knowledge of UK immigration law and UKVI sponsor requirements, ideally with Staff Skilled Worker routes
- Experience managing compliance processes in a regulated environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory guidance
- Excellent organisational and record keeping skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate confidently in a risk-based environment
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex regulations clearly
- Line management experience is desirable
