About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the National Housing Federation (NHF) for a Marketing professional specialising in events. The NHF is the voice of housing associations in England, representing almost 600 housing associations that provide 2.6 million homes to around six million people.

In this varied, hands-on role, you will plan and run creative, data-led marketing campaigns to promote NHF conferences and events in the housing sector. You will work closely with colleagues to develop messaging, produce content, and track performance to support live and future events.

Key responsibilities include commissioning and managing design work, copywriting and proofreading, creating web and social media content, building and sending email campaigns, and helping organise exhibition stands at NHF events. You will monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing communication performance to support continuous improvement.

You will also be responsible for effective planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking promotional spend, event budgets, and raising purchase orders. Negotiating and managing external opportunities to promote events and building effective working relationships with key internal colleagues and external stakeholders will be essential.

Additionally, you will proactively identify and improve marketing activities and collateral wherever possible, supporting live events and representing the organisation professionally.

About you
A proactive, organised, and improvement-focused approach.
Willingness to support live events and represent the organisation professionally.
