About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, Dementia UK is excited to offer the opportunity to join as a Mass Participation Assistant. In this role, you will support the delivery of the charity’s mass participation fundraising programme by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring an exceptional experience for our supporters. You will be the first point of contact for fundraising enquiries, provide administrative support across the team, and help maintain efficient systems and processes that underpin the success of our campaigns.
You will engage with our online communities by writing compelling social media content and supporting stewardship activities to inspire and motivate supporters. Additionally, you will assist with the delivery of virtual events, help improve internal processes, and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure the supporter experience remains central to all activities.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the fundraising database (MS Dynamics) to ensure all supporter information is accurate and up to date, and supporting and onboarding Volunteer Facebook Group Champions by providing key documents, clarifying campaign involvement, and ensuring they feel valued.

Experience
Experience following administrative processes and the ability to build positive relationships, networking, and/or customer service skills.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; however, experience with database management (MS Dynamics) and social media content creation is advantageous.
