As a Massage Therapist, you will perform Lush Spa treatments following set routines and standards, representing the Lush Spa both on the shop floor and across the business. You will ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable journey, support the day-to-day running of the spa, manage bookings and upselling using our system, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene. You will also be responsible for your own wellbeing using the tools provided and keeping your product and treatment knowledge up to date, while supporting stock control.

Experience
An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage. At least 1 year of practical work experience in a similar role performing body massages and facials in a comparable location.

Qualifications
