About the Role
Mars is seeking a Master Data Controller & ERP Key User to join the European Key Accounts (EKA) team as part of a major business transformation programme at Royal Canin. This fixed-term 12-month contract role will provide critical operational support during the transition to new technology, standardised processes, enhanced data and analytics, and dedicated change management.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate end-to-end master data across major European customers and act as the key user for the Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP system. Working with pan-European stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, you will support daily operations, drive system improvements, lead technical projects, and ensure business continuity throughout the transformation journey.

Experience
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Master Data, or Operations roles, ideally within FMCG.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably as a Key User or Super User (Navision, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of master data management including product data, GTINs, GS1 standards, and data governance.
- Knowledge of EDI processes and system integrations with ability to diagnose and resolve data and transaction issues.
- Experience supporting system testing, upgrades, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) is essential; French language skills are advantageous.
