About the Role
Reporting to the Supporter Experience team, you will support the execution of Women’s and Men’s fixtures and key activations at Emirates Stadium, ensuring an outstanding matchday atmosphere and positive supporter experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing matchday production preparation, assisting with the delivery of the matchday show and internal/external activations, supporting scheduling and matchday operations alongside various teams, and striving for continuous improvement to enhance the end-to-end supporter experience. You will help shape key club moments that resonate with our global supporter base and assist in delivering best-in-class touchpoints for supporters and other groups. Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a safety-conscious mindset by adhering to Health & Safety and Safeguarding protocols, and providing exceptional customer service to attendees are essential aspects of this role.

Experience
Proven track record in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably within a proactive events environment. Experience in planning and delivering major events with significant external impact in sport or entertainment is highly desirable.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and thriving in a customer-centric setting.
