Collaborating closely with dynamic cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving brand performance in a fast-paced, creative environment.

A day in the life includes:

Strategic Media Planning & Budget Management
Oversee Garnier media budget allocation by defining priorities and making data-driven investment decisions aligned with business goals such as market share and consumer targeting, while adhering to budget and governance rules. Collaborate closely with brand and finance teams on spend management and phasing.

Agency Partnership & ROI
Lead and inspire media agency partners to develop and execute high-performing full-funnel media plans in partnership with wider brand teams. Incorporate best practices and insights from internal studies to maximise media ROI.

Data-Driven Media Activation
Drive the adoption of first-party data in media campaigns, leading test-and-learn initiatives and second-party activations to optimise performance.

Competitive Analysis & Innovation
Analyse competitive investment trends, media mix, and creative strategies to inform Garnier's media approach. Identify innovative opportunities and collaborate with the multi-divisional media team to ensure the brand remains at the forefront of media best practices.

Stakeholder Management
Build strong, collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders including brand, advocacy, and online teams, as well as external partners such as media agencies, platforms, retailers, and networks to drive effective communication and achieve business objectives.

Team Development & Media Expertise
Provide media expertise and support to the brand team, fostering media upskilling and knowledge sharing within the team.
