About the Role
Joining NELFT means becoming part of a welcoming and supportive working environment. As a Medical Education Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the induction and ongoing education of new starters within the Trust. All new employees join on the first Monday of each month and undertake a comprehensive induction lasting up to two weeks. This includes mandatory training, systems training, and allocation of equipment. New starters will also have the opportunity to meet the executive team, senior managers, and attend drop-in sessions focused on engagement, health and wellbeing, and key processes. The induction is held at the Trust's head office in Goodmayes, Essex.
