About the Role
This role sits within the Member Propositions team, whose daily mission is to develop digital propositions that enable members to make the right financial decisions for them, both in the short term to improve financial resilience and in the long term to support pension saving. The Member Proposition Manager reports to the Head of Member Propositions & Acquisition and leads the development of innovative, customer-centric propositions from Discovery through to launch. Post-launch, the role manages propositions in market to ensure they deliver against business case outcomes. Skilled across all phases of the proposition development lifecycle, this role requires the gravitas to work across a matrix of functions to deliver and run successful customer propositions. We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about enabling low to moderate income workers to achieve higher financial resilience and plan for a more secure financial future.
Flexible and Agile Working
We offer hybrid working arrangements, including a mix of office (Canary Wharf) and home working, with an expectation to attend the office once or twice a week or more as required. Other flexible options include reduced or varied working hours and days, compressed hours, and job sharing.

Experience
- Proven experience leading proposition development from Discovery through to launch and managing propositions to meet business case objectives post-launch
- Strong background in commissioning and analysing market insight to support data-driven proposition development
- Experience designing and running customer-centric design sprints that deliver strong concepts validated by customer testing
- Solid commercial analysis skills with the ability to create detailed financial business cases
- Understanding of build/buy/partner analysis and leading procurement exercises to source partners for co-development
- Strong risk management experience across projects from Discovery to launch
- Significant experience developing propositions within Financial Services or related sectors such as telecommunications or utilities
