Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:30am till 6:30pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Occasional late working with a fair lieu day policy in place.

Salary
£40,000 to £50,000 per annum (To be discussed depending on experience)

About the Role
ZEALOT is an international creative agency with offices in London, New York, and Los Angeles, specialising in the film and television industry across trailers, TV spots, social/digital, promos, and print. We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Motion Designer to join our growing and vibrant team. Reporting to the Design Creative Director, you will join at an exciting time of growth and opportunity.

Your responsibilities will include concepting, ideation, and execution of high-quality motion graphics for a variety of projects involving high-level clients. You will solve creative challenges, brainstorm and collaborate with the team, organise working projects, perform quality control, and ensure final delivery meets the highest standards. Working closely with an Art Director, you will take feedback and collaboratively create the best possible work. You will also support the Design Creative Director and Art Director on large-scale projects.

Staying up to date with design trends, continually developing new skills, and sharing knowledge with the team are key aspects of this role. You will maintain highly organised and streamlined assets and projects in line with company processes and standards.

Experience
Proven experience in motion design with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and social content.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with Maxon tools such as Red Giant and Cinema 4D and/or equivalent.
Good tracking, rotoscoping, and compositing skills.
