About the Role
This is a midweight creative role within the Retail and Interiors team at one of the most awarded retail design agencies in the world. You will work across retail environments and experiential briefs for globally recognised brands spanning sport, fashion, beauty, and culture. Your responsibilities will include developing design concepts from early ideation through to presentation, producing 3D models, visualisations, and technical drawings using SketchUp and V-Ray, and collaborating closely with senior designers. You will take ownership of your deliverables, contribute to client presentations with clear narratives behind design decisions, and stay informed on emerging trends in retail, materials, and production methods. The studio culture is collaborative, non-hierarchical, and creatively restless, bringing together designers, strategists, architects, brand experts, and makers under one roof. This role offers significant scope for growth for someone with the right attitude and portfolio showing considered, resolved work ready to take on more responsibility.

Experience
Minimum 3+ years of experience in retail design, branded environments, or commercial interiors. Proven ability to develop creative and technically solid work demonstrated through your portfolio.

Qualifications
