About the Role
As a Money Support Officer at Town and Country Housing, you will play a vital role in supporting residents to maximise their income and improve their financial wellbeing. You will provide a comprehensive range of information, guidance, and onward referrals to help people manage their money and prepare for changes in welfare benefits. Your responsibilities will include assisting with welfare benefit claims, grants, and financial support applications, including appeals and challenges to benefit decisions. You will offer budgeting and money management support, maintain accurate case records and performance data, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure residents access the specialist support they need. Developing strong partnerships and referral networks will be key to delivering effective, customer-focused financial inclusion services. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

Experience
Experience in providing advice, guidance, or casework management related to financial wellbeing or welfare benefits is desirable but not explicitly required.
