About the Role
Bring brands and ideas to life through thoughtful, impactful motion design. Combining strong creative thinking, design craft and technical skills, you will create work that is distinctive and elevates brand narratives across a variety of mediums and touchpoints. You will work on a broad range of projects including brand films, social content, motion identities and campaigns, exploring different techniques and approaches to find the right way to bring ideas and brands to life. Your role will combine motion design, animation and editing to produce work that is both creatively ambitious and effective, managing content from concept through to final delivery.

As motion design evolves, you will continue developing as a motion generalist, exploring 2D, developing 3D skills and experimenting with emerging technologies such as AI. Curiosity, experimentation and knowledge sharing with the wider team are key aspects of this role.

Responsibilities include translating creative ideas and brand identities into compelling motion design, developing and presenting motion concepts, strong animation and editing, crafting content for various formats, responding positively to feedback, taking ownership from exploration to delivery, collaborating effectively with internal teams and clients, and actively contributing ideas and learning opportunities to grow the team.

You will report directly to the Motion Director.

Requirements

Experience
An exciting portfolio demonstrating the work that most represents and excites you. 0–5 years of motion design experience, with emphasis on the quality and ambition of your work rather than length of experience. Strong After Effects skills and experience or interest in developing 3D skills. Experience with AI and emerging creative tools is a plus.

About you
A strong eye for design, typography, composition, colour and visual storytelling, with an understanding of how these principles translate into motion. Willingness to experiment with new tools and workflows. Ability to adapt your approach depending on the creative challenge. Interest in understanding why a technique works, not just how to execute it. Enthusiasm for design, motion graphics and brand experience. Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, acting as a DE+I advocate and champion through your actions and participation.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required; focus is on portfolio quality, creative ambition and a proactive learning mindset.
