About the Role
Rocket Food is seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our specialist motorsport hospitality team. This unique opportunity places you at the heart of global Formula 1 events, working alongside senior chefs to deliver exceptional, high-quality, nutritious meals for race teams, management, and VIP guests. You will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving food to the highest standards under tight timelines and challenging environments.

Key responsibilities include supporting the Head Chef and senior kitchen team in producing food for all team and guest areas including drivers, garage, and buffets; preparing dishes to meet dietary requirements and special requests; assisting in kitchen setup and maintenance at each race; working efficiently within a collaborative team to meet deadlines and maintain consistency; contributing ideas to menu development; participating in stock checks, inventory management, and shopping runs; maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety practices; assisting with food preparation at Rocket HQ between races; managing stock and spending in line with budgets; supporting logistics such as packing rigs, loading the fridge truck, and assisting with event setup and breakdown; and contributing to out-of-season planning, logistics, and team development.

As part of the team, you will represent Rocket Food professionally on and off the track, maintain high grooming and presentation standards, act as a positive team player, help train and mentor new team members, work diligently under pressure, and demonstrate discretion, professionalism, and commitment to Rocket’s values and reputation.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience in a kitchen brigade at Chef de Partie level or similar role.

About you
Passionate about delivering exceptional food with strong attention to detail. Calm and organised under pressure with the ability to adapt to changing demands. Confident in managing prep lists, working efficiently, and maintaining hygiene standards. Professional, polite, and personable with excellent communication skills. Willing to travel extensively and work long hours including weekends. Full driving licence preferred with a willingness to assist with transport logistics.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but a strong culinary background and relevant experience are essential.
