About the Role
FM Conway is searching for an enthusiastic Multi Skilled Operative to join us at our Heathrow Asphalt Plant. As our Multi Skilled Operative, you will operate the plant and associated equipment to facilitate the production of materials for our customer’s needs. Your duties will include operating machinery in a safe and efficient manner that complies with FMC procedures, loading material onto vehicles, undertaking all loading shovel operations as required, operating all weighbridge functions as necessary, following site Health & Safety procedures, and contributing to the overall well-being and profitability of the site and the business.

Experience
Essential to be a team player with good communication skills and a full UK driving license. Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.

About you
You will be flexible, computer literate, and health and safety conscious.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications required, but relevant experience is an advantage.
