About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a dedicated Multi Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team supporting a site-based client in North West London. In this role, you will ensure the mechanical, electrical, and fabric infrastructure is well-maintained, compliant, and responsive to client needs. You will deliver both planned and reactive maintenance services using CAFM systems and handheld devices, maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company values.

Key responsibilities include executing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) using Ostara, responding promptly to building alarms, managing reactive maintenance tasks to meet SLA targets, and closing out PPMs with follow-up remedial actions. You will liaise closely with supervisors, technical admin, and service delivery teams, coordinate subcontractors, provide shift cover, participate in minor engineering projects, maintain 100% compliance, adhere to permit to work processes, order materials, and be part of the out-of-hours call-out rota for priority works. Providing first-time fixes for engineering and fabric requests wherever practicable is also essential.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years time-served experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fabric disciplines
- Experience working with CAFM systems and planned/reactive maintenance

Qualifications
- City & Guilds Parts 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline (required)
- Desirable: City & Guilds Part 3 or NVQ Level 2
- 2391 Inspection & Testing of Electrical Installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- IPAF / PASMA certification within last 3 years
- Valid First Aid certificate
- Experience as an LV/HV Authorised Person
- Full UK Driving Licence
