About the Role
Shape futures and change lives by becoming a Lecturer at NCG. Lewisham College is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Multiskills Lecturer to deliver and assess high-quality learning programmes in Construction across a range of further education levels and apprenticeship provisions. You will also undertake programme leadership, tutorial, and administrative duties. Experience
Proven professional and vocational expertise in the Construction sector with a strong background in Level 1 and Level 2 Trade Skills. Experience of effective programme leadership in further education and/or apprenticeships is desirable. A proven track record of successful teaching and assessment practice is preferred.
About you
Enthusiastic, dedicated, and able to self-manage workload and meet deadlines. Strong oral and written communication skills and good IT skills are essential. You should be motivated to work collaboratively within a team and committed to inclusive education.
Qualifications
Qualified to the industry-recognised standard in a relevant field. Must hold a post-16 teaching qualification and English and maths qualifications at Level 2 or be willing to achieve these within an agreed timeframe.
