About the Role
We are seeking a mid-weight Interior Designer to join an award-winning interior design studio with a strong commercial and retail focus. You will take real ownership of commercial projects, particularly retail, guiding them from bold early concepts through to detailed, coordinated technical packages that are buildable. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced designers, clients, and consultants in a collaborative and ambitious environment.

Your responsibilities will include developing design concepts, space planning commercial and retail environments, producing high-quality visuals and client presentations, selecting materials and finishes, and ensuring projects stay on programme and brief. You will bring a commercial mindset to creative decisions, ensuring the finished spaces perform as well as they look.

The studio is internationally recognized for luxury retail interiors, with a portfolio that includes flagship stores for major fashion brands, hospitality destinations, private residences, and large-scale mixed-use developments. Experience
Proven experience in commercial interior design, ideally within retail environments. Ability to develop concepts through to coordinated technical packages independently. Fluency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Cinema 4D is essential.

About you
Strong space planning and presentation skills. Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and construction detailing. Confident and easy to work with across clients, consultants, and wider teams. Organised, communicative, and calm under deadlines. A background in hospitality or wider commercial interiors alongside retail is a bonus.

Qualifications
Relevant interior design qualifications or equivalent experience preferred, demonstrating capability to deliver high-quality commercial interior projects.
