About the Role
Lambeth GP Federation is delivering a neighbourhood-based model of integrated care through Integrated Neighbourhood Teams (INTs), bringing together professionals across primary care, community health, mental health, social care, and voluntary and community sector organisations. The Neighbourhood Administrator will provide essential administrative and coordination support to the North Lambeth & Stockwell / Norwood INT, enabling effective multidisciplinary working and operational delivery across organisations.
The role involves supporting the Neighbourhood Operations Manager and the wider team by coordinating MDT meetings, maintaining accurate records and data, managing communications, and supporting governance and compliance. The postholder will ensure smooth day-to-day running of the INT through excellent organisational skills, prioritisation, and collaborative working within a multi-agency environment.
Key responsibilities include diary and inbox management, meeting organisation and minute-taking, data collection and reporting, communication facilitation, digital systems support, and contributing to service improvement initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team to support high-quality patient care and neighbourhood delivery.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative role
- Experience of arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required, but experience working in NHS, primary care, public sector or supporting multidisciplinary teams is desirable
