£37,451 to £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary), dependent on experience
About the Role
Join L&Q’s East London and East Anglia Housing Management Team as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help deliver an excellent service for residents. This role is key to supporting the Housing Management team to provide a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service that improves resident satisfaction and builds trust. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents in your patch, which will cover approximately 500 to 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player who is motivated to make a positive impact on residents’ homes and lives.

Experience
Proven track record of building strong relationships with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

Customer-focused team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Able to problem solve with grit and determination, motivated by keeping promises to residents. Willing to challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage a complex workload and meet deadlines. Must hold a valid driving licence and have access to a car for work use.
