Salary
£37,451 to £41,045 per annum (London weighted salary) dependant on experience. Plus ECU allowance if policy requirements are met
About the Role
Join our South East and Kent Team at L&Q as a Neighbourhood Housing Lead and help deliver an excellent service for residents. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused team player to support the Housing Management team in providing a reliable, repeatable, and consistent service. You will be key to improving resident satisfaction, building trust, and ensuring residents have a home they are happy in. You will be the primary relationship holder for residents living in homes on your patch, which will cover approximately 500 to 600 homes aligned with local authority areas. This role operates on an agile working model, with 20% to 40% of contractual hours worked from the reporting office or working location (hybrid working).

Experience
Proven track record of building relationships with people and effective communication with colleagues and residents. Demonstrable experience in a similar role is essential.

Customer-focused with grit and determination, able to problem solve and motivated by keeping promises to residents. Willing to push boundaries and challenge the business to achieve the best outcomes. Excellent time management skills and ability to manage a complex workload while meeting deadlines. Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to engage with a diverse customer base. Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a car for work use.

Basic Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate required or willingness to apply for one upon appointment.
