Ealing, with community areas including Brent, Hackney and Westminster.
Hours
Field-based role with approximately 60% of time spent on-site within the community. Flexibility required to respond to customer and service needs. Participation in an out-of-hours emergency rota is required.

£41,107 per annum
About the Role
Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems and helping communities thrive? As a Neighbourhood Manager, you'll be the face of Peabody in your area, delivering excellent housing management services and working closely with residents to create safe, well-managed and welcoming neighbourhoods. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You'll work with residents, community groups, local authorities and internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and deliver positive outcomes.
Your key responsibilities will include delivering a high-quality neighbourhood and tenancy management service across your patch, building strong relationships with residents, stakeholders and partner agencies to support thriving communities, managing tenancy matters, safeguarding concerns, anti-social behaviour cases and neighbourhood issues. You will carry out estate inspections, welcome visits and resident engagement activities, conduct viewings and sign up new tenancies, support vulnerable residents by coordinating appropriate support with specialist teams, and promote resident involvement to help shape local services through community feedback.
Experience
Experience delivering excellent customer service in housing, community services or a similar environment. Experience working with residents, stakeholders and partner organisations.
About you
Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritise effectively and work independently.
Qualifications
Knowledge of housing management or UK Housing Law is desirable. A housing qualification such as CIH/CIOH is desirable or willingness to work towards one. Knowledge or experience of Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) would be advantageous.
