About the Role
As part of the Network Management Team, you will assist the Network Traffic Manager in delivering the London Borough of Havering’s statutory Network Management Duty under the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA 2004). Your role will focus on ensuring continuous improvement in reducing congestion on Havering’s road networks and those of adjoining authorities. This position requires effective and efficient management to uphold the Council’s responsibilities under the TMA 2004, contributing to smoother traffic flow and better network coordination across the borough.

Experience
Experience relevant to network management or traffic coordination is desirable to effectively support the delivery of statutory duties under the Traffic Management Act 2004.
