We are seeking a New Car Retail Manager to support the Sales Manager in leading the Sales Team to deliver an industry-leading customer experience to new and used car customers. You will ensure customers receive the best and most relevant information to assist with their purchasing decisions.

Key responsibilities include analysing and interpreting sales data to develop and implement plans to improve performance across key metrics, overseeing compliance, driving high standards in customer care through coaching the sales team, and delivering volume and gross profit targets.

Successful candidates will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a passion for learning about new technology in a fast-moving environment, and the ability to build strong rapport with customers. Experience at Sales Controller level or above within the automotive sector is required. Full training will be provided for the right individuals.

Experience
Proven experience at Sales Controller level or above within the automotive sector is required. Demonstrated ability to analyse sales data, lead teams, and achieve sales and profit targets is essential.

Must be at least 19 years old and hold a full driving licence for a minimum of 6 months to be eligible for a company vehicle.
