About the Role
Are you passionate about property sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience? Join our dynamic Sales team at Latimer, part of Clarion Housing Group, and play a key role in driving success across multiple residential developments. As a New Homes Sales Executive, you will manage the full sales process from first enquiry through to completion. In this customer-facing role, you will be the primary contact for buyers, guiding them through their purchasing journey and promoting our homes and services, including those offered by our partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.

You will be responsible for achieving high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes, negotiating sales to secure the best outcomes for the business while consistently delivering a high level of customer service. Our sales sites operate 5 days a week from 10am to 6pm, and weekend work is required as part of your five-day working week, with time off in lieu provided.

Experience
Proven experience in property sales with a strong understanding of Shared Ownership schemes. Experience working with external partners such as solicitors, agents, and financial advisers is essential.

Confident and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a professional, personable approach. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets. Must be able to regularly travel across London to other sites as required.

Qualifications
