You will lead by example, providing high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents with personal care and daily living, encouraging independence and wellbeing, planning and taking part in meaningful activities and outings, overseeing medication administration and accurate record-keeping, working closely with families and healthcare professionals, and supporting and guiding the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management. Experience
At least 2 years experience in social care

About You
Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK, compassionate and motivated to lead a care team, able to work night shifts and alternate weekends, committed to creating a supportive and safe environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications
QCF Level 2 or above
