About the Role
Join our amazing team at Travelodge Hartlebury as a Night Reception Team Member. Be part of a fun, supportive, and family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. Your main responsibilities will include welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel, walking the corridors at regular intervals, handling noise complaints and evictions when necessary, and setting up the hotel for the next day. This includes preparing housekeeping trolleys, prepping for breakfast service, and occasionally serving behind the bar. No prior experience is required as full training and coaching will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude. Able to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts. Comfortable handling guest enquiries and occasional challenging situations such as noise complaints.
