About the Role
Moo Free Chocolates is seeking an NPD Manager to lead the development of innovative, dairy-free, and vegan chocolate products. Reporting to the Technical Director, you will manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with Moo Free's ethical standards and market demands. This role involves conducting market research, managing multiple projects simultaneously, collaborating with production, marketing, sales, quality assurance, and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. You will also manage supplier relationships and champion sustainability initiatives, including the use of eco-friendly packaging and ethically sourced ingredients. Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in product development within the food industry, preferably in confectionery or dairy-free products
- Experience working with chocolate, including formulation, tempering, and production processes preferred
- Strong project management skills with a proven track record of bringing new products to market
- Excellent understanding of food safety regulations, quality assurance processes, and BRC standard
- Experience working with UK retailers' own label

Qualifications
