About the Role
Wonderbly is the world's leading personalised book company, with millions of books sold across more than 200 countries. We create unexpectedly special books to read over and over again and keep forever. Our team includes writers, designers, technologists, marketers, operations, finance and product thinkers who care deeply about what we make. We currently operate three active brands: Wonderbly, Historic Newspapers and Plucky Books.

We are seeking a kind, supportive, pro-active, master multitasker to take on the Office Manager role. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including administration, IT coordination (alongside external IT support), pastoral care, event organising, and general office management to ensure everything runs smoothly and productively.

Historically, our Office Manager profile has been unique, often someone pursuing a creative career in music, acting or other fields. We offer support and flexibility so you can balance a role that pays the rent while having time to dedicate to your creative work.

Typical duties include:
- Weekly staff canteen and team lunch ordering
- Managing general consumables such as stationery, office furniture and fixtures
- Keeping the office tidy and maintaining a positive vibe
- IT procurement, tech and software management alongside external IT support
- Welcoming visitors and signing for deliveries
- Organising internal team events, lunch & learn speakers, and office parties
- Managing work anniversary gifting and team birthdays
- Overseeing general building repairs and management
- Managing office supplier contracts including cleaners and printer maintenance
- Project managing ad hoc culture initiatives and maintaining good office vibes
- Onboarding new employees and freelance contractors
- Coordinating Wonderbly Crown Awards nominations and award designing
- Managing supplier gifting for Christmas and other occasions

This role is varied and dynamic, perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking and supporting a creative, collaborative environment.
