About the Role
Premier League Studios are seeking an organised and proactive On-Screen Team Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and day-to-day management of the On-Screen Team across Premier League Productions. This role involves assisting with all On-Screen Team requirements across studio programming, digital content, matchdays and special projects. You will manage logistical and operational needs, including cost-tracking within budgets, reporting directly to the On-Screen Team Manager. Key Responsibilities
- Assist the On-Screen Team Manager with planning all On-Screen Team requirements across Premier League Studios departments.
- Support day-to-day logistics and operational needs, including tracking On-Screen Team appearances on Xytech.
- Ensure correct On-Screen Team personnel are in place for studio and magazine programmes, press conferences, PL Legends days, onsite events, digital content and additional filming.
- Liaise with agents and coordinate travel, logistics and ad hoc requests across all Premier League Productions departments.
- Book studio makeup artists for Premier League Studios programming.
- Provide ad hoc support for studio and onsite broadcasts, including meeting, greeting and chaperoning contributors.
- Assist with budgets and quarterly forecasts by cost tracking and maintaining up-to-date budget records.
- Oversee wardrobe requirements and ensure stylist adherence to budget.
- Ensure all non-UK guests have appropriate visas and all guests have call sheets, stats, relevant paperwork and signed agreements.
- Develop effective relationships with On-Screen Team members and agents, maintaining regular communication and troubleshooting issues.
Experience
- Previous experience working with On-Screen Team personnel and agents within production companies or broadcasters.
- Experience liaising with presenters, guests, agents and talent representatives.
- Excellent knowledge of the Premier League, including current and former players and managers.
- Established experience as a talent coordinator within the television industry.
- Experience in live television studio programming.
- Background in the sports industry and working within busy sports production teams.
- Experience managing budgets and editorial requirements.
