About the Role
Step into an exciting opportunity at Superdrug Head Office, a vibrant and innovative environment based near East Croydon station. Reporting to the Senior Ecom Trading Manager, you will be responsible for managing healthcare categories online, driving sales, and improving conversion on Superdrug.com. Your day-to-day will include monitoring sales and identifying improvement opportunities, creating event plans aligned with company deadlines, and leveraging sales data, customer insights, and competitor analysis to develop compelling ecommerce strategies. You will collaborate closely with buying, supply chain, and category coordinators to ensure accurate product content and coordinate promotions, pricing strategies, and upselling initiatives to increase sales and average order value (AOV). Additionally, you will work with the UX team to enhance site usability and navigation, monitor competitor performance, and contribute to the ecommerce development roadmap and annual category budget sessions. Experience
Proven experience in ecommerce trading or online category management, preferably within health, beauty, or retail sectors.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, customer insights, and market trends.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including buying, supply chain, and UX.
