About the Role
Vita Health Group is offering an exciting opportunity for an Operational Team Manager to join our Kent and Medway service. Reporting directly to the Operational Lead, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Talking Therapies service within the Mental Health Business Unit. Your responsibilities will include line managing a team of clinicians, overseeing performance management, supporting professional development, and ensuring effective clinical practice to meet service delivery objectives. You will coordinate staff and resources to maintain operational efficiency and achieve service goals and performance targets. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners is also a key part of this role. Experience
- Proven experience in line management of teams
- Experience working within multi-disciplinary settings
- Experience in generating policies and procedural working practices
- Strong familiarity with PowerBi for data analysis
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to foster positive working relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable
- Chartered Management Institute Qualification or Institute of Leadership and Management
- Experience in budget management
- Experience working in mental health and/or related employment fields
