About the Role
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) drives revenue, adoption, and growth across a wide range of customers from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level and public sector clients. The AWS Global Support team partners with leading companies building mission-critical applications on AWS, providing world-class support essential to customer success.

The AWS Reservation Product Operations Team is seeking a driven, analytical, and process-oriented Operations Analyst to manage the creation and processing of Reservation Product transaction requests. This role requires a motivated self-starter who excels at escalating systemic issues, identifying improvement opportunities, and meeting strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The successful candidate will work from a ticket queue, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Legal, Security, and Compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include processing and auditing Reservation Product transactions such as cancellations, purchases, migrations, and modifications; acting as an escalation point for complex requests; investigating data discrepancies to identify root causes and propose solutions; maintaining transparency through effective communication; and occasionally retrieving and analyzing data using Excel and other business intelligence tools.

Amazon values diverse experiences and encourages candidates from all backgrounds to apply. Whether you are early in your career, have a non-traditional path, or alternative experiences, your passion and skills are welcomed.
