About the Role
Laundryheap is a fast-growing tech company transforming the laundry and dry-cleaning industry by providing convenient 24-hour pick-up, cleaning, and delivery services across 16+ global markets. We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Operations Associate to join our Partner Operations team in London. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will support our network of partner facilities by conducting site visits, maintaining quality standards, assisting with operational improvements, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit partner facilities across London regularly and build positive relationships with partner teams, acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day operational support.
- Assist with onboarding new partners and support offboarding where required.
- Deliver basic training on Laundryheap systems, processes, and operational standards.
- Carry out routine site audits and quality checks to ensure partners follow Laundryheap operating procedures.
- Identify operational issues and collaborate with partners to resolve them.
- Support initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with order management and operational queries.
- Work closely with internal teams including Customer Operations, Fleet, and Account Management to resolve day-to-day issues.
- Maintain accurate audit records and operational documentation.
- Highlight opportunities to improve processes and partner performance.
- Support the implementation of operational changes and new initiatives.
- Provide regular feedback to the Regional Manager on partner performance and operational challenges.
This role offers hands-on training, career development, and exposure to operational management and partner relationship management within a supportive and collaborative team environment. There is strong potential to grow into more senior operational roles as the business expands.
Experience
Previous experience in operations, hospitality, logistics, retail, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
