About the Role
JP Morgan Personal Investing is seeking an experienced and motivated ISA Operations Associate to lead a division of the ISA Transfers team. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the cash and asset transfer process for ISA, JISA, LISA, and GIA accounts, including oversight of LISA House Purchase. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely cash ISA transfers in and out of the bank using the Equisoft platform, ensuring timely banking and withdrawals, conducting instruction verification, quality control, and reconciliations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to resolve operational issues often under pressure, leading transformation processes, and identifying, resourcing, and delivering process improvements. You will effectively manage a geographically dispersed team and support their career development. This is a demanding but rewarding role offering significant opportunities for growth, joining during a period of significant change where attention to detail and a strong will to succeed are essential.

Experience
Demonstrable experience with ISA cash and asset transfers, ideally using the Equisoft platform. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Initial managerial or supervisory experience.

Qualifications
