About the Role
Operations is the heart and soul of everything Amazon does. As an Operations Supervisor in Quick Commerce, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across shifts. You will be the first point of contact for team members during their shift, supporting and guiding them to follow established processes. This hands-on role offers experience using the tools and systems that drive operational success.

Your responsibilities will include measuring and monitoring workflows, tracking onsite performance, and providing shift information to frontline management to maintain operational excellence. You will support and train employees, supervise daily tasks, and assist Shift/Area Managers with projects aimed at improving processes, fostering a safe working environment, and increasing workforce engagement.

You will collaborate with other departments to resolve common issues and use data analysis to optimize safety, quality, and productivity.

Quick Commerce delivers ultra-fast convenience through a network of small warehouses in city center locations, partnering with last-mile delivery providers to fulfill orders within 30 minutes. The team operates with a people-first approach, working across morning and afternoon shifts seven days a week. The role involves supporting both 'under the roof' associates who pick and pack orders and the 'on the road' delivery network, which uses Amazon Flex delivery partners on e-bikes optimized for rapid urban delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that encourages creative problem-solving and continuous improvement, contributing to revolutionizing convenience shopping through ultra-fast delivery.
