About the Role
Join Infosys Consulting's Consumer Goods, Retail & Logistics practice as a Principal level Oracle ERP Cloud Program Manager. You will collaborate with expert colleagues in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment of over 300,000 employees. In this role, you will support requirement workshops, help define problem statements, review and analyse business requirements, support creation of to-be process flows, conduct fit-gap analysis, provide solution alternatives, create detailed design documentation, and assist with testing. Experience
- Leading program management across the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud transformation programmes, from assessments and discovery to design, build, deployment, and hypercare
- Driving pre-implementation assessments and discovery workshops to evaluate current-state processes, define future-state vision, and build business cases for Oracle Cloud adoption
- Managing all workstreams with on- and off-shore resources, ensuring overall delivery of Oracle ERP/EPM Cloud transformation programmes
- Leading large delivery teams to design end-to-end solutions consistent with design principles, standards, and methodologies
- Applying knowledge of the Oracle Cloud roadmap, industry guidance, and leading practices to facilitate executive-level business decisions
- Inspiring and developing junior colleagues and supporting their professional growth
- Managing diverse teams within an inclusive culture where contributions are recognized

About you
You design and manage complete enterprise solutions and demonstrate leadership within the architect community. You have a passion for technology and strong business acumen. You have experience working as a stream lead at CIO/CTO level in major client organizations and lead operations related to market development and/or service delivery excellence. You are regarded as a role model within your community.

Qualifications
Relevant experience in Oracle Cloud program management and enterprise solution design is expected. Specific certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
