About the Role
Honest Mobile is on a mission to set a bold new standard for mobile, building the UK's first B Corp mobile network and a carbon-negative company. We have developed innovative products like Classic SIM and Smart SIM, offering unbeatable signal and free global roaming across 180+ countries. With over 100,000 customers, we are growing fast and looking for an Organic Social Creator to join our team.
In this role, you will invent original, entertaining formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that connect intrinsically to Smart SIM and its key benefits: free roaming and seamless switching between UK networks when signal drops. This is not about chasing trends for one-off viral hits but creating repeatable, scalable formats that drive consistent virality.
You will own the entire organic social channel with real budget and resources, reporting directly to the Head of Growth. Your responsibilities include concepting, scripting, filming, editing, testing, and scaling content formats. You will also contribute to building Honest's creative competency by sharing insights with the wider marketing team.

Experience
Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts, with a strong understanding of what drives engagement and virality.
