About the Role
The Organisational Wellbeing Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the wellbeing of staff within Freedom From Torture during a 12-month maternity cover period. This role involves developing and implementing wellbeing initiatives, promoting a positive workplace culture, and providing strategic advice to leadership on wellbeing matters. You will work collaboratively across teams to ensure that wellbeing is embedded in organisational practices, supporting staff resilience and fostering a healthy working environment.

Experience
Proven experience in developing and delivering wellbeing strategies within an organisational setting. Experience of working in a complex, multi-disciplinary environment is desirable.

About you
You are passionate about staff wellbeing and mental health, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You are proactive, empathetic, and able to influence at all levels of an organisation. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.

Qualifications
A relevant qualification in wellbeing, occupational health, psychology, HR, or a related field is preferred but not essential. Demonstrable experience and a commitment to continuous professional development are highly valued.
