About the Role
Graham and Green is seeking an energetic, creative, and customer-focused Outlet Digital Sales Coordinator to join their Trowbridge store team. Established in 1974, Graham & Green is a proudly independent, family-run homeware emporium known for sourcing unique furniture, homewares, and gifts from around the world. The Outlet Store offers exclusive discounts on limited edition samples, discontinued collections, and selected seconds, and also operates an eBay store and Outlet Instagram account.

In this role, you will combine your retail expertise with social media savvy to capture high-quality photos and videos of products, manage online content, and grow the digital community. You will be the face of the brand in-store, assisting customers, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor. Responsibilities include managing the eBay store, scheduling social media posts, processing payments, handling customer orders and complaints, and supporting the Store Manager with daily operations.

This is a full-time position requiring a balance of shop floor duties and online tasks, with a focus on maintaining the Graham and Green image to the highest standards and promoting their extensive range of furniture and home furnishings.

Experience
- Strong retail sales background, preferably in luxury furniture
- Proven successful sales experience
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, eBay, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Confident using smartphones for shooting and editing media
- Familiarity with Microsoft systems and MS Navision processes
- Experience with till systems and moving and handling
- Knowledge of local market and appreciation of design, trends, and styles
