About the Role
St. Michael’s Fellowship is a long-established charity dedicated to improving the lives of children and families through relationship-based, evidence-informed interventions. We work alongside parents and professionals to strengthen family life, reduce inequalities, and create opportunities for lasting change. We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Outreach Programme Manager to lead and grow our Outreach service—a dynamic programme providing high-quality, community-based support to families facing complex challenges.

This pivotal leadership role involves providing both strategic direction and operational oversight. You will lead a talented team of Outreach Managers and Practitioners, ensuring our work with families is safe, impactful, and rooted in anti-oppressive, trauma-informed, and systemic practice. Your remit will include shaping service strategy, building external partnerships, and ensuring the sustainability and visibility of the Outreach programme. You will work closely with the Chief Executive and senior leadership team to develop new service models, strengthen relationships with commissioners and funders, and embed a culture of learning and reflective practice.

Why Join Us?
At St. Michael’s Fellowship, you will join a compassionate, values-driven organisation that believes in meaningful, relational work with families. You will have the opportunity to influence practice and policy, shape the future of our Outreach services, and contribute to real and lasting change for children.

- Proven ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and deliver measurable impact.

About You
- An inspiring leader with a personal commitment to anti-racist and anti-oppressive practice.
- Dedicated to creating equitable opportunities for all families.
- Strong alignment with the values and aims of St. Michael’s Fellowship.
