About the Role
Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, founded in 2013 by world-renowned makeup artist and entrepreneur Charlotte Tilbury CBE, is a global beauty phenomenon operating across 50+ markets with over 3,000 team members. As part of the Packaging Development team, the Packaging Project Coordinator will play a key role supporting the project management of all artwork projects. You will work closely with the Artwork, Master Data, Operations, Copy, Product Development, and Regulatory teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the packaging process and collaborate effectively across functions.

Guided by the Packaging Project Manager, you will coordinate packaging artwork projects related to renovations, sampling, reworks, and new distributions. Using the artwork management tool ESKO, you will renovate existing artworks and create overlabels. You will manage artwork approval processes with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of artwork and proofs.

Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Data Management Assistant to coordinate FG SKU, component code, and barcode creation requests, supporting the project CPA to ensure on-time delivery of packaging artworks, monitoring project progress, identifying risks or delays, and escalating issues as needed. You will maintain internal filing with the latest artworks for registration and visual merchandising, provide cross-functional support by sharing artworks with multiple teams, build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers, help maintain the packaging library and archive, update internal documentation such as packaging copy, translations, and process guides, and coordinate label colour approval processes with print suppliers to ensure colour consistency and accuracy.

This role offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where creativity and collaboration drive success.
