About the Role
Are you up for a challenge? We are looking for a Parking Finance Manager to join the Parking Service. You will be responsible for budget monitoring, control, review, analysis and outturn forecasting. This role requires a proactive approach to managing financial performance and supporting the delivery of effective parking services within the borough. If you are motivated by making a difference and have strong financial management skills, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the London Borough of Merton.

Experience
Proven experience in financial management, including budget monitoring, control, review, and forecasting. Experience working within local government or public sector finance is desirable.

About you
You are analytical, detail-oriented and able to communicate complex financial information clearly. You have strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams. You are proactive in identifying financial risks and opportunities and committed to delivering excellent service outcomes.

Qualifications
A relevant finance qualification or equivalent experience is required. Knowledge of public sector financial regulations and procedures is advantageous.
