About the Role

Join the GAIL’s family as a Kitchen Team Member and be part of a passionate team dedicated to great food made from quality ingredients. You will work at pace to prove and bake items for our beautifully presented displays, knowing our products and recipes inside out. Adaptability and a positive attitude are essential as no day is the same. You will help deliver fresh food, bread, and cakes to high standards while maintaining strict food safety practices.

Our bakeries open early, so you will start early too, helping to ensure our customers receive the best quality products every day.

Experience
No previous experience required, just a passion for baking and a willingness to learn.

About you
Motivated by teamwork and eager to help others. You are adaptable, positive, and able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment. A passion for quality food and excellent customer service is essential.
