About the Role
We are looking for a Participation Administrator to join the National Theatre Participation and Learning Team. You will act as the central administrative point for the Participation team, working across Connections, New Views, and Young People’s projects running at the National Theatre. This role delivers all key administrative functions, supporting the smooth and efficient delivery of work. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to support existing programmes and new opportunities in line with Participation’s strategy and ambitions.

The role is based in the NT’s Learning department and focuses on the Participation team, but also involves working with the wider Learning team to support the operation of the programme and the wider development of youth-led work at the National Theatre.

Requirements

Experience
Solid administrative experience in a professional arts organisation. Experience using database packages is required; experience with Airtable is especially welcome but not essential.

About you
Excellent organisational skills including the ability to prioritise tasks within competing work demands and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal confidently and positively with a wide range of people of all ages and backgrounds in writing, face-to-face, and over the phone. Some knowledge of the Secondary education sector is desirable.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated; however, applicants should demonstrate strong administrative skills and a collaborative approach aligned with the Participation team’s strategy and ambitions.
