About the Role
Partnerships are how we extend our reach beyond our own channels. This role owns that for the UK & Ireland: growing the partnerships already in place, and finding and closing the ones that come next. It's a two-sided job. You'll need the commercial instinct to spot an opportunity and negotiate a deal, and the project management discipline to take that deal and make it live - coordinating Supply, Marketing and Product to get it implemented and performing. Plenty of people can do the first half. We're looking for someone who can do both. You'll report directly into the UKIE Managing Director.
Experience
- Experience in partnerships, business development or a commercial role, ideally B2B & B2C or marketplace.
- Project management skills: ability to turn a signed agreement into a plan with owners and dates, and drive it to completion across teams you don't manage.
- Commercial fluency including building business cases, modelling deals, and negotiating terms.
- Strong communication skills: clear in writing and verbally, comfortable holding partners and senior internal stakeholders to commitments without damaging relationships.
About you
- Proactive and comfortable working from an open brief.
- Ability to act as lead contact for partners externally and provide clarity on partnership activity internally.
- Skilled at working cross-functionally to implement partnerships properly, holding internal teams accountable.
- Comfortable setting success measures upfront and reporting on partnership performance.
Desirable
- Background in beauty, wellness, retail, hospitality, marketplace or consumer tech.
- Experience scaling a partnership function.
- Additional project management and marketing experience is a bonus.
