About the Role
We are looking for a Partnerships Sales Manager to take responsibility for generating revenues through the acquisition of commercial partners. In this exciting role, you will understand the business strategy of potential partners, initiate contact at senior levels within these organisations, and work collaboratively with the Senior Sales Manager to form compelling sales arguments based on our brand’s objectives to showcase ROI and the efficiency of a partnership with us. You will help nurture and develop a high-performing commercial sales function at the club.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include shaping partnership strategy by identifying target categories and territories, maximising commercial opportunities, and contributing to the wider Partnerships strategy. You will develop tailored proposals by collaborating with teams across Marketing, Ticketing, Hospitality, and other areas of the club. Driving new business growth, you will secure revenue-generating partnership deals that align with the club's brand, values, and strategic objectives.

You will proactively manage your sales pipeline, identify new prospects, and apply best practices to maximise sales performance. Building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships, you will use market and industry insight to create meaningful opportunities. You will deliver compelling partnership presentations, host prospective partners at matches to bring opportunities to life, lead negotiations, and close deals in collaboration with the Senior Sales Manager and Legal team.

Supporting long-term partnership success, you will ensure smooth handovers to Partner Services and play a key role in renewal discussions to maximise partner value and retention.
