About the Role
This role is based within the Vague Symptoms of Cancer Service at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Patient Navigator, you will support patients presenting with non-specific symptoms that may indicate cancer, guiding them through the diagnostic pathway and ensuring timely access to appropriate care. You will work closely with clinical teams to coordinate appointments, provide information and reassurance to patients, and help reduce delays in diagnosis. This is a vital role aimed at improving patient experience and outcomes within a multidisciplinary environment.
