About the Role

The role involves monitoring patient progress using the Patient Tracking List, coordinating referrals, scheduling outpatient appointments, organising multi-disciplinary team meetings, and liaising with patients and external organisations. You will also contribute to data collection and analysis, support policy development, and provide supervision to administrative staff within the department.
